1. Controller and contact details

ISAVICTINA LLC, 8 The Green, STE B, Dover, DE 19901, United States, is the controller for the processing described here. You can contact us at info@atlasvisioncommerce.com or +595 987 630 876, including about your data protection rights.

This notice covers the AVC website and the initial enquiry about a business project.

2. Visiting the website

We use Hostinger for website hosting and email. When you visit, the server receives technical connection data, including your IP address and the page requested. This enables the website to be delivered and supports its secure operation, troubleshooting and prevention of misuse.

Our legal basis is a legitimate interest in a secure, functioning website under Article 6(1)(f) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Hosting and email providers’ operational and security logs are separate from the details you enter in the enquiry form.

3. Enquiries by form or email

The form requires your business or field of activity, a brief account of the project and your email address. Trade direction and preferred language are optional.

We use this information to understand the enquiry, reply and, where appropriate, prepare for working together. The web server sends the form details to our AVC inbox by email. There is no document upload facility. Please do not send identity documents, health information or confidential records about people unrelated to the project.

If you email us directly, we process your address, message and any further information you provide. Where you are the prospective contracting party and the enquiry concerns steps towards a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR is the legal basis. For communication with company representatives and other general business enquiries, we rely on Article 6(1)(f). Our legitimate interest is to handle business enquiries appropriately.

Contacting us is voluntary and is not required by law. Mandatory fields are needed to handle the form, and we need a reachable email address to reply through that channel. You may leave optional fields blank.

An enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter or authorise publication of your personal details, disclosure for advertising, or their sale as a personal-data product. Any forwarding to a specific business contact or other use will be discussed with you separately.

4. Recipients and service providers

Your information is received by the Atlas Vision team responsible for the enquiry. Hostinger provides the website hosting and email inbox as a processor under its Data Processing Agreement and may use the subprocessors identified there. Those providers process only the information needed to supply their services.

5. Retention

We retain enquiry information while the matter is being handled or a specific working relationship is being prepared. If no engagement follows, we delete or anonymise the enquiry no later than twelve months after the last substantive contact and review these cases at least quarterly. A legal retention duty or the establishment, exercise or defence of a legal claim may require longer storage; in that case, use is restricted to that purpose.

6. International processing

ISAVICTINA LLC is based in the United States, and AVC enquiries are handled personally from Paraguay. Our provider identifies Brazil as the web server location and the United States as the backup location; those details concern website hosting and do not by themselves identify the inbox location. Where Hostinger transfers data outside the European Economic Area, its Data Processing Agreement provides for the EU Standard Contractual Clauses where required.

7. Your rights

Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing. A right to data portability is available where the legal conditions are met.

You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. You may object to processing for direct marketing at any time, with effect for the future.

Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. We do not require blanket consent to additional advertising or data uses to handle an ordinary enquiry.

You may complain to a data protection supervisory authority, particularly in the member state of your habitual residence, place of work or the alleged infringement. Rights are subject to applicable legal conditions and exceptions.

8. Technical checks and external links

The form validates entries and uses a technical spam check. This does not determine whether a professional engagement is accepted. No solely automated decision producing legal or similarly significant effects is intended for the initial enquiry.

If you follow a link to WhatsApp, a social network or another website, that service’s privacy information also applies. You can use the AVC form or email address as an alternative way to contact us.
