A clear brief makes better use of your time
Understand the decision
We start with your business, your objective and the timing. What information is already available? What needs to be resolved? Can AVC provide the contribution you need? A short outline is enough for the initial enquiry.
Agree the scope
The engagement sets out the question, deliverables, information required, fees and responsibilities. A focused first assessment might cover one product in one target market, examining a main route and a comparison option. Complexity and available information determine the appropriate scope.
Build a reasoned recommendation
We bring together your data, quotations, sources and specialist input. Confirmed information, assumptions and missing evidence remain clearly distinguishable. The recommendation explains the case for a route, what still needs to happen and what might justify changing or stopping the project.
Plan any further work separately
If you choose to proceed, AVC can coordinate an agreed next stage once the required expertise, availability, responsibilities and costs are clear. Substantial specialist services may be contracted directly with the relevant providers.
An assessment does not commit you to implementation. A well-founded decision to stop can be as useful as a plan to move forward.
